Fred Morr

Fred Morr is Vice President of Mexico Operations and has been with RESCO since 2012. He is a fully bilingual, bicultural manufacturing manager with over 35 years of experience working in Mexico and the United States. In his prior project and plant management positions, Fred has overseen the establishment of Mexican corporations, including obtaining all necessary permits and facilitating the relocation of significant facilities and production processes from the U.S. to Mexico. During his time at Twin Plant International and N.A.F.T.A. Inc., Fred played a direct role in creating contract manufacturing, “shelter” operations, and independent start-up facilities for multiple Fortune 500 companies. This experience has allowed him to travel extensively and relish the challenges of working with a wide array of products, processes, and industries. Fred is a New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI) graduate and has accumulated many hours of credit in Business and Architectural design at the University of Texas, San Antonio.
