Kirsten Northway

Kirsten Northway is the Human Resources Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience shaping resilient, people-focused workplaces across the maritime, healthcare, and staffing industries. She most recently led all HR operations for Rukert Terminals Corporation, managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits, wellness initiatives, and ADP HRIS administration. Her earlier roles—as a Staffing Executive with Robert Half, Director of Human Resources at Atlantic General Hospital, and HR professional at Beebe Medical Center—built a strong foundation in strategic planning, workforce development, and operational execution. Kirsten holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware and brings deep expertise in organizational strategy, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR systems.
