Mary Jane Chapline

Mary Jane Chapline is the Vice President of Human Resources and has been with RESCO since 1997, bringing with her over 35 years of experience with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. She is recognized for her talent in building positive relationships and fostering trust, which contributes to the strong organizational culture at RESCO Electronics. Mary Jane earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resources from Townson State University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University. Mary Jane is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
